1. About the Service

Six Seven (sixseven.gr) is a free web application that allows visitors to type a name or phrase, view it displayed with a visual animation, and share a personalised link with others. The service is operated by [Your Full Name], an individual based in Greece.

By accessing or using sixseven.gr you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Service

You may use sixseven.gr freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to submit content that:

• is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harassing;
• infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right;
• contains personal data of other individuals without their consent;
• is intended to spam, flood, or overload the service.

We reserve the right to block access to any IP address that misuses the service.

3. Data We Collect

We collect and store the following data when you use the service:

• Submitted text — the name or phrase you type and submit, together with the date and time of submission.
• Share events — when you click a social sharing icon, we record the submitted text, the platform chosen, and the date and time.
• IP address (temporary) — your IP address is used solely to enforce a short-term rate limit on share requests (maximum 30 per hour). It is hashed and stored in a temporary file that is automatically deleted within 2 hours. We do not store raw IP addresses in our database.

We do not require registration, collect your email address, or create user accounts.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage statistics such as page views and general geographic region. Google Analytics sets its own cookies on your device. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

The site does not use any advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.

The admin statistics dashboard (/stats.php) uses a single session cookie for authentication. This cookie is not set for regular visitors.

5. User-Generated Content

Any text you submit through the service is your responsibility. By submitting text you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

We do not actively moderate submitted content. However, we reserve the right to delete any submission at our discretion, without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and visual elements of sixseven.gr are the property of the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the site without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Third-Party Services

Clicking a share icon may direct you to a third-party platform (WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, X, etc.). These platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
